As a fat person, I like to think that I’m more aware of what I put into my body. I’m not saying that you can’t think that way. But you should never starve yourself in the name of food. I think the reason fat people have such a hard time losing weight is that they know we can’t quit eating carbs. It makes us feel bad every day.

The problem is that not only are carbs bad for you, but fat causes us to store excess energy in our body and when we die, we have no energy left to get out of bed. This is why fat people (and most people with diabetes) have a hard time getting rid of their weight. Our bodies are so desperate for energy that we have to get to them. We don’t really know what else to do with it.

The solution to fat people trying to lose weight is to eat more veggies. No fat people are allowed to eat any carbs. But then again, theyre only allowed to eat vegetables in moderation. And that means that they should eat more veggies. And most people with diabetes have some type of blood sugar problem that makes them really hungry all the time. So when we eat more vegetables, we get more energy, and we dont have to worry about gaining weight or even staying slim.

But most people with diabetes are also obese. And this is why we have to eat more veggies: fat people cant eat all that they want. And because fat people are so hungry all the time, they cant stick with their diet. It’s all to easy for them to binge on their veggies, and then binge on the carbs they have and get fat.

Peanut Butter is the main ingredient of most cracker recipes. We are talking about cracker calories, so people with diabetes are eating more carbs, and even though it is possible to stick with a low-carb diet, most people with diabetes can’t. And they can eat more carbs, and get the same energy levels, but they can eat less fat. Peanut Butter is a good source of fat too, but sugar is a better source.
