It was a busy weekend and I had some time to myself so I decided to whip up a batch of cookie dough. I used some of Mom’s homemade almond butter and some of her homemade honey. I made the cookies and they were so yummy they kept me up for hours. I’m not sure I should make them again. I just might.

Then just keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to bake it. You don’t even have to roll it out. They are easy to make and will last forever.
Of course you’d have to let it cool and then put it in the freezer and roll it out if you want it to be firm enough to roll. Otherwise itll just get soggy.
It may seem like a lot of work, but making cookies is really not as difficult as you might think. And, if you use a good recipe, theres no reason not to. The cookie dough is pretty easy to work with too, and the ingredients are cheap too. I just use about a pound of white sugar, about a pound of butter, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 4 tablespoons of honey.
