The Most Common Complaints About cupcake liner sizes, and Why They’re Bunk
This is what I call a cupcake lover’s nightmare. I can hear you say that there are no rules to what size cupcake liners you can use. Well, there are, but they are different. The cupcake liners come in different sizes. Here are the different sizes of cupcake liners. This post is for the cupcake liners that can go on your cupcake plates.
Okay, so let’s start with the big cupcake liners. Then, we’ll move on to the cupcake liners that are smaller. Now, the sizes of cupcake liners are determined by the height of the cupcake. The height will determine the size of the liner you use. For example, a medium cupcake liner will have a height of 1.5 inches, but a tall cupcake liner will have a height of 2.2 inches.
The height can also be affected by the diameter of the cupcake liner. A small cupcake liner will be a smaller diameter than a medium cupcake liner. The height is the same for medium liners as it is for large liners.
The height of cupcake liners is also affected by the amount of fat in the cupcake. In particular, liners made of frosting are made from a fat content (more than 3.5% fat) and are therefore more narrow than liners made with less fat (less than 3.5% fat).
I think this is pretty good, but it can be a little misleading. Imagine liners made of frosting that weigh more than 3.5 fat (a medium cupcake liner) and less than 3.5 fat (a large cupcake liner). The cupcake liners will be taller than the liners made from less fat.
I think I might have read this somewhere, but if someone asked me that exact question I would have said “yes”. Yes, liners made from frosting that weigh more than 3.5 fat are more narrow than the liners made from less fat. That’s awesome, but it’s all relative. If you’re asking about liners made from less fat, we’re talking about something between 3.5 and 4.5 fat.
I know that there’s other liners that are made with less fat, but I think this is the closest we’ve got to it at the moment.
The two main classes of liners are the ones made of very small and very large.
small liners are made of about 1/2 cup of frosting. Thats the thickest youll find, and youll find the biggest ones are 4.5 cup. Theres also smaller but more expensive liners that are 2.5 cup. Theres actually two sizes of these, but the most common is 1.5 cup.
There are about a dozen different sizes of liner that are sold out online, but a lot of what youll find is the two most popular ones are 1.5 cup and 2.5 cup. Theres also a very small line in 1.5 cup that is made with less fat.
