I am a self-aware person, but I am not that self-aware. I am self-aware of how much I eat and I am self-aware of how much I eat, but I am not that self-aware of how much I eat. I am self-aware of what I eat, but I am not that self-aware of what I eat.

You may not have realized it, but a lot of the time we eat because we are in the habit of eating. We do it because we are socialized to do it. We don’t stop to think about it, but we probably eat all the time because we are hungry.

Eating is a pretty basic habit of ours. It’s as basic as being alive. In fact, it’s probably the most basic habit of all. If I am not very self-aware, I would probably have to remind myself that I am now awake and active because I have been inactive for a while. We are so ingrained in our habits that we don’t have to remember that we are not alive.

It is not that we are not alive, its that we are not aware of our actions. The moment we realize we are not alive, we are no longer alive because we are no longer aware of ourselves. In fact, we can be so afraid of losing consciousness that we avoid any activity which could lead to our demise. In this case, its not death that is the problem but simply being aware of your actions.

If we are the only people around who know we are alive, how do we tell? How do we know if our actions led to our demise or if it was some bizarre accident? If we never forget that we are alive, then we have no way to tell. And if we do forget, then we are no longer alive.

But there is a way to stay alive. It’s called remembering. Our brains are like the human operating system. They work by collecting data and storing it in memory. When we are aware, we know we are alive. But when we’re not aware, we know we are not alive.

The third level of self-awareness is pretty interesting. We can think of ourselves as the brain and the brain is the human equivalent. But we don’t really use thinking of ourselves as the brain. Instead we use our senses and our emotional reactions to get around mental and emotional problems. We can learn some things that we don’t know we know we know we know we know, but it doesn’t really matter. Our senses are the most vital part of our lives.

The trouble is, we use the brain to be aware of the world around us. When we’re not aware, we can be aware.

We are aware of our environment, the world around us, and our emotions. But we are not aware of the brain. That is where the trouble lies. As soon as we stop using our senses, we can be aware of the brain. Think about the word awareness. In that context we can think of the brain as the brain.
