make cupcakes without liners
I am not going to lie. I have been a fan of cupcakes since I was a little girl. I didn’t grow up with them, but I have always had a sweet tooth. I think they are one of the easiest and most delicious treats to make because they are so simple. Here’s how to make cupcakes without liners.
They are one of those things that you can’t really buy them without at least trying. I personally like to make them myself because I always get a ton of requests for them and it is always such a fun process.
You can try them and they will do a lot of good. I know people who are super suave and super thoughtful, but I don’t have a lot of time for all of them. They are just so delicious.
Oh. I forgot. You can make them without any icing. You just need to use the sugar and vanilla buttercream. Just set the icing aside and get those cupcakes out of the oven.
I’m not a fan of buttercream, but I can’t be against it. After all, we’re talking about a delicious cake.
Like many, I have no idea what you do with buttercream, so I can’t really speak to that.
The buttercream is just a way of thinning the icing without adding any extra butter. Buttercream is similar to frosting in that it does not require egg. The only thing you need to make cupcakes without buttercream is to make the icing. You may or may not want to try this (I’m not sure I would).
If you want you can use any icing that doesn’t require the addition of butter. But for this recipe I used buttercream frosting.
To make buttercream Frosting you will need a spray bottle, a wide spatula, a measuring cup, and a butter knife. A thin layer of frosting will melt on the brush and spread evenly. You can frost cupcakes right on the baking sheet as cupcakes are baked. Otherwise you can leave the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool completely before frosting. To make a buttercream frosting you must make a stiff frosting.
The first step in making buttercream frosting is to get a stiff frosting. This is made by adding powdered sugar and butter to a mixer bowl. Add the stiff frosting to the mixer and mix until it becomes a paste. You can also use an electric mixer to beat the frosting, but it may take a few tries. Now you can set a cupcake pan on the middle rack and the cupcake on the sides.
