mango cupcake Explained in Instagram Photos
These cupcakes are so good for you! They have that “yummy” taste that comes from the mango, coconut, and spice.
And these cupcakes are really easy to make If I wasn’t a total beginner I think I would be making these cupcakes all the time. I love the way they taste, and it’s so easy to whip up. I know it’s a little bit of a fad, but I think it will be a great thing to have in our cupcake pantry.
There are many ways to make these cupcakes. We like to use a baking soda and a lemon (if we have the lemon) to help us create the consistency of a cake. We cut them into squares, and then fill the squares with the mango and coconut mix. Next we add some crushed up fruit and frosting. This is then topped with a sweet coconut frosting that we use to make the mango cupcake.
These cupcakes are awesome. They are also delicious. My only complaint – they are not very pretty. They are hard to see in real life. They are also more expensive than cupcakes that are more pretty. But if you are in need of a cupcake fix, and need a little more time to prepare, then this is the way to go.
The mango is delicious and the coconut flavor is good too, so it’s a win-win situation. On the other hand, the frosting is a bit tricky to get on the frosting, and is a bit tricky to remove. My solution? We use our best-selling “frosting” recipe to frost the cupcakes, and then add a generous layer of frosting to each cupcake.
It’s a lot of work but it’s worth it. If you are looking for something to take on a special date, or a night out, these cupcakes are your best friend.
This is one of the only times I have had mango cupcakes at my house. I’ve always preferred chocolate cupcakes, though I’ve never found a mango one to my liking. I think its because I’m allergic to mango, and I’ve always been allergic to coconut. So I’m always on the lookout for a better match.
Its a funny thing about cupcakes. They are, by nature, high-maintenance. I always seem to have a mess to clean up after my girls, and I find that taking the time to frost a cupcake is a great way to make the cleaning process less stressful.
What are some of our favorite, most often-appealing, and least-appealing cupcakes? I’ve heard that some don’t make a dent in their life on the day they’re born, but this year I’m going to try to find a few.
It’s a coconut cupcake. You know, the kind that you can eat and then just sip on. The kind that takes hours to bite into, get soggy, then go to sleep with a slightly bitter aftertaste. The kind that tastes like your mom’s homemade coconut custard pie with a whole bag of ice cream.
