I have been known to make a cherry preserves, but this recipe is my favorite. To make it, you can use any fresh cherries you want, but I prefer them because they are delicious and a little more grown up. I keep my cherries in the freezer and they stay fresh for the best taste.

Here’s what you do. Place the cherries in a bowl. Add the apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix until the sugar is dissolved. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Pour the cherries into the food processor and pulse until you have a smooth mixture.
If you have a food processor then you could actually mix the cherries and sugar in the food processor. That would make life easier when it comes time to add the apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Once you have the mixture you can either store it in an airtight container or put it in the fridge to keep it fresh for up to three days.
In the last few days we’d have to make the recipe a bit more complex but that’s all. The initial recipe didn’t have a lot of ingredients, but so far everything seems to be working. We’ve had all the fruit in the world’s best apple, and with the addition of our liquid we can save a bit of time.
