15 Weird Hobbies That’ll Make You Better at tea with milk and honey
I like the idea of a cup of tea, but I must say that I don’t like the idea of milk and honey. Not only do I think it tastes like a watered-down breakfast cereal, but I think it’s gross. The honey is a sweetener and it’s not good for you. In fact, honey can be a neurotoxin.
But since we’re going into the realms of tea, honey is the perfect sweetener. While it is generally thought to be good for us, not so sure about milk and honey. According to the American Heart Association, drinking milk and consuming large amounts of honey is a risk factor for diabetes, obesity, and tooth decay. While milk and honey aren’t bad for us, I’m not sure they are for me.
Tea is also a diuretic, which is kind of like a water pill. So drinking tea is like drinking water with a few little pills in it. It can be an excellent source of antioxidants, but its also a diuretic, which is why some people find it a bit hard to drink.
I’ve tried it both ways, and while it can be good for you (which is why I have a bottle of tea to go with all the milk), the honey adds some sort of weird flavor which could be really distracting if you don’t like it. Still, if you’re going to drink it, you’ll probably want to add some honey to it too.
That is, unless youve got a really weird allergy to honey.
Personally, I find it interesting that one of the first things you come across when you get to the party island is a bottle of tea. It seems a bit odd that tea is the first thing to be introduced, but that’s just the way it works. If you take a sip of tea, it will instantly turn up in your blood stream, and you can then drink it for hours. Of course, this is just a theory, but I thought it was a bit odd.
In-fact, you’re basically drinking tea, and a small amount of honey. It’s like taking a sip of a cup of coffee, but without the cream. The only difference is that one is instant, the other is slow and drawn out. Also, unlike a cup of coffee, drinking tea is completely safe for your body.
Like I said, this whole theory of tea being a form of blood sugar is just an assumption. It might seem ridiculous to us, but it may be true.
You’re not drinking chocolate milk, but you’re drinking honey.
Yes, you’re actually drinking milk and honey, two different things. The milk is for your body, the honey is for your digestive system. The milk acts to keep the honey from burning up, while the honey allows the milk to work nicely as a digestive aid.
