The fact is that we tend to use less salt when we are on the lookout for things that don’t taste good. My favorite salt is a bit stronger than it is for most foods. I have discovered that when I make crackers, the salt is less nutritious. So I’ve been using a different salt because my father had a great time making crackers.

I love crackers! I love the taste of the salt, and I also love the texture made with a combination of baking soda and cornstarch. It’s the stuff that makes them so chewy. And I really love how I can eat my entire bowl of them in a single sitting.

It’s all about balance. And I’m pretty sure that a lot of crackers are made with nuts. But then again, I’ve heard that crackers without nuts are just as good. The thing is, just because something is good and delicious, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s bad and can’t be eaten.
