This homemade pavlova is incredibly decadent and the perfect dessert for an Easter brunch, or an evening with friends. We’re still not sure how we’re going to explain the flavoring to the chefs. You could try to use some kind of blend of butter, egg, salt, and cinnamon. You might also want to use the same proportions of flour and sugar that you would in regular breads.
