Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk cold
- 1/2 cup sour cream full-fat preferred
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise full-fat preferred
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper finely ground
Instructions
Whisk buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the herbs and dried seasonings meld into the creamy base.
Stir before serving and adjust with a splash of buttermilk for a thinner dressing or a pinch of salt for a stronger finish.
