2-Ingredient Naan Bread

Quick and easy naan bread made with only two ingredients: self-rising flour and yogurt.

  • 2 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Full fat for best results

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
  • Mix until a dough forms. It will be slightly sticky.
  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece into an oval shape, about 0.25 inches thick.
  • Heat a dry skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Cook each naan for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly puffed up.
  • Brush with melted butter or ghee (optional) and serve warm.

Notes

These are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature and reheat before serving.
