Quick and easy naan bread made with only two ingredients: self-rising flour and yogurt.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
Mix until a dough forms. It will be slightly sticky.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into an oval shape, about 0.25 inches thick.
Heat a dry skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Cook each naan for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly puffed up.
Brush with melted butter or ghee (optional) and serve warm.
Notes
These are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature and reheat before serving.
