Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Press cinnamon rolls into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract, then eggs one at a time, until just combined.
  • Pour cheesecake batter over the cinnamon rolls.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Let cool completely in the pan before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  • Drizzle with icing from cinnamon roll package before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
