This easy 7-Layer Meatball Casserole is a delicious and comforting meal perfect for a weeknight dinner. It features layers of meatballs, veggies, and cheese, all baked to bubbly perfection.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, and Italian seasoning. Form into meatballs.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce. Layer half of the meatballs, followed by half of the mixed vegetables and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
