  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Cutlets thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs seasoned
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1.5 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 12 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 12 slider buns Slider Buns

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each chicken cutlet in the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Place slider buns on a baking sheet. Top each bun with marinara sauce, a chicken cutlet, and a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture. Serve with a side salad or your favorite dipping sauce.
