Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the honey and milk until just combined.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for a few minutes. Roll out to 0.25 inch thickness and cut into squares.
Place the squares on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
