  • 10 oz Fresh spinach Washed and chopped
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt To taste
  • Black pepper To taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut a slit horizontally into each chicken breast to create a pocket.
    4 oz Chicken breasts
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.
