Adobo Fried Rice Recipe

A delicious fusion of classic adobo flavors in a quick and easy fried rice.

  • 2 cups cooked white rice day-old preferred
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chicken adobo, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add shredded chicken adobo and stir well.
  • Add rice to the skillet, followed by soy sauce and black pepper.
  • Stir-fry the rice for about 5-8 minutes until well mixed and heated through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

This fried rice is perfect as a standalone dish or a side.
