Air Fried Bananas

A simple and delicious recipe for perfectly air-fried bananas, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

  • 2 large bananas slightly firm, not too ripe
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation Steps

  • Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bananas.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the bananas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of ice cream or a drizzle of honey.
