  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of parmesan cheese or fresh herbs after cooking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
