Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
