Air Fryer Shrimp

  • 1 pound raw shrimp peeled, deveined, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic about 2 cloves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • lemon wedges Optional, for serving

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the raw shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, seasoned salt, salt and pepper. Toss until well combined.
  • Spread the shrimp evenly inside the basket of the air fryer in a single layer.
  • Cook using the air fry setting for 8 minutes or until opaque and cooked through.
  • Remove and serve with lemon wedges.
