  • 11 oz Mandarin Oranges Drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Crushed Pineapple Drained
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Pecans Optional

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the marshmallows, mandarin oranges, coconut, and crushed pineapple.
  • Gently fold in the sour cream until well combined.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans, if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a sweeter Ambrosia Salad, add a tablespoon or two of powdered sugar. You can also add other fruits such as grapes or bananas.
