  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 small Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro Chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  • Add chili powder and turmeric powder and sauté for another minute.
  • Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them well.
  • Add cooked rice, garam masala, and salt. Mix everything well.
  • Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through and well combined with the spices and eggs.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
