apple cobbler crockpot

Warm and comforting apple cobbler made easily in your crockpot. Perfect for a cozy dessert!

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups apples, peeled and sliced Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation Steps

  • Place the sliced apples in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined. Pour the batter over the apples.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over the top of the batter.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat!
