Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large saucepan, combine the diced apples, sugar, and water.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the apples are softened and the mixture has thickened.
Stir in the lemon juice and thyme leaves. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the jam cool slightly. Transfer to sterilized jars.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
