  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 4 pieces salmon filets about 6 ounces each

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, honey, sesame oil, and garlic to make the marinade.
  • Place salmon filets in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove salmon from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

Notes

For best results, let the salmon marinate for at least 2 hours for a more intense flavor.
