Quick and easy Asian-inspired tuna noodle bowls, perfect for a weeknight dinner!

  • 8 oz Egg Noodles
  • 2 cans Tuna in Water drained
  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 Green Onions sliced
  • 1 Carrot shredded

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
  • Add the cooked noodles, drained tuna, green onions, and shredded carrot to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds or a drizzle of sriracha for extra flavor.
