Asian Tuna Noodle Bowls

A quick and easy weeknight meal featuring tuna, noodles, and a flavorful Asian-inspired sauce.

  • 8 oz Egg Noodles Dried or fresh
  • 2 cans Tuna in Water Drained
  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
  • Add the cooked noodles and drained tuna to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Divide the noodle mixture into bowls. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like shredded carrots or edamame for extra nutrients.
