Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
Add the cooked noodles and drained tuna to the bowl. Toss to combine.
Divide the noodle mixture into bowls. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
