Instructions
Preparation Steps
Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
While the bread is toasting, mash the ripe avocado in a small bowl with a fork. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
Crumble the feta cheese over the avocado.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and drizzle with olive oil.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

This recipe is very adaptable. You can add a squeeze of lime juice to the avocado, or top with a poached egg for extra protein.
