Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.33 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Melted Butter

Filling

  • 24 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping

Preparation Steps

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in whipped topping. Pour filling over the crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Garnish and enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger Baileys flavor, add an extra tablespoon or two to the filling.
