Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in the vanilla extract, Baileys, and eggs until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
