  • 0.5 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
  • Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the vanilla extract, Baileys, and eggs until well combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
