Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned.
Serve immediately with your favorite pasta sauce and pasta.
Notes
These meatballs can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking. You can also freeze the baked meatballs for later use.
