Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.

Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine cooked mostaccioli, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.

Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Notes
