Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic.
Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat.
Pour chicken and sauce into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
Notes
Serve with rice and steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
