In a large bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

Notes
For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of ground cloves or allspice to the spice mixture. If you prefer a sweeter oatmeal, increase the maple syrup slightly.
