Total: 30 minutes minutes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar for marinade
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for marinade
- 2 tablespoons honey for marinade
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard for marinade
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes washed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add the steak cubes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the marinated steak and cherry tomatoes onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.
Grill over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, turning until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Rest the skewers for 5 minutes, then serve warm with any remaining marinade that has been boiled separately.
