Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix dry
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
Beat the pudding mix, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt separately, then gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed vanilla wafers.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared sheets, leaving space between cookies.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set and lightly golden while the centers remain soft.
Cool the cookies on the baking sheet briefly, then transfer them to a rack to finish cooling.
