Beef Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful beef stir fry with tender beef and crisp vegetables in a savory sauce.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, toss the beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove beef from the wok and set aside.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok. Add the onion and bell pepper and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return the beef to the wok. Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately, optionally over rice.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic and ginger.
