Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
Pour the Tex-Mex dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
