Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and orange zest.
In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, olive oil, and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
