  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, toss the strawberries with 0.25 cup of sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until evenly coated. Let sit for 5 minutes to release juices.
