BLT Pasta Salad

A quick and easy pasta salad with all the flavors of a BLT sandwich!

  • 1 lb Pasta (rotini or penne) Cooked al dente
  • 8 oz Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Lettuce

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl. Toss to coat.
  • Gently fold in the shredded lettuce.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can also add other vegetables, such as avocado or cucumber.
