Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a baking sheet, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the asparagus in a single layer.
Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the hot asparagus. The heat will soften the cheese.
Serve immediately.
