Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Stir in the mashed bananas. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Enjoy this bread warm or at room temperature. It's also great with a smear of butter!
