Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Add the blueberries, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of flour, and 2 tablespoons of sugar to a 9-inch baking dish. Toss well until combined.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour, rolled oats, 0.5 cup sugar, and salt. Add the melted butter and stir until the topping is crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberry filling.
Bake for 35 minutes, until the juices thicken and the topping turns light golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
