Bourbon Peach Jam
A delightful homemade peach jam infused with the subtle warmth of bourbon. Perfect for spreading on toast or biscuits.

Preparation Steps
Combine peaches, sugar, bourbon, and lemon juice in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in liquid pectin. Return to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Notes
Allow the jam to cool completely before storing. Enjoy!
