Preparation Steps
Combine peaches, sugar, bourbon, and lemon juice in a large pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the jam thickens, stirring occasionally.
