Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season short ribs with salt and pepper.
Sear short ribs in olive oil until browned on all sides.
Add onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
Pour in red wine and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Transfer to a 325°F (160°C) oven and braise for 3 hours, or until tender.
