  • 6 large Eggs
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cups Hash Browns thawed
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Milk

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  • Stir in cooked sausage and hash browns.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
