- 6 large Eggs
- 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2 cups Hash Browns thawed
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 0.5 cup Milk
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
