  • 1 cup Milk Almond, soy, or dairy
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup Or honey, to taste
  • 0.25 cup Berries Fresh or frozen
  • 0.25 cup Nuts Chopped, optional

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Combine oats, milk, and chia seeds (if using) in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, or until the oats are softened and the mixture has thickened.
  • Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup (or honey).
  • Pour into bowls and top with berries and nuts (if using). Serve immediately.
